The polished one UKGC licensed White label brand

Casino Palace Review

Last checked 4 August 2026 · Scored 8.7/10

Casino Palace is the more formal of the two brands we cover, and it wears that well. The lobby is organised rather than crowded, the live tables are the strongest part of the offering, and the cashier is refreshingly plain-spoken about what it needs from you and when. It is not the fastest brand we have measured on first withdrawal, because verification sits in front of it, but once you are through that gate it settles into a predictable rhythm. Ideal if you value a tidy, unhurried experience over constant promotion.

Read this bit twice

Casino Palace is not the licence holder. The name on the front door is a white label; the company answerable to the regulator for your funds, your complaint and your data is ProgressPlay Limited. That is normal and entirely lawful, but you should know it before you deposit rather than after.

Verify it at source

We print the account and licence numbers so you never have to take our word for it. Open the register link, confirm the entry is active, and check the domain is listed. A lapsed licence is the single biggest red flag in this sector and it costs you nothing to rule out.

Best for

Live dealer regulars and anyone who would rather have clear terms than a loud offer.

Not for

Anyone expecting an instant first payout with no verification step.

What works

  • Live dealer tables are the centrepiece, not an afterthought
  • Cashier states document requirements up front instead of after a request
  • Deposit limits, reality checks and time-outs are reachable in three taps
  • Terms are written in plain English with the wagering figure stated in the headline

Where it falls short

  • First withdrawal is held until identity checks clear, so plan for it
  • Promotional calendar is thinner than the rival brand
  • Live chat queues lengthen noticeably on Friday and Saturday evenings

Everything we
actually checked

01 — Licensing and who actually holds your money

Casino Palace is not itself the licence holder. The domain is registered on the UK Gambling Commission public register as a white label operating under ProgressPlay Limited, account 39335. That distinction matters more than the branding does: the company answerable to the regulator for your funds, your complaint and your data is ProgressPlay, not the name on the front door. We consider that a strength here rather than a warning, because ProgressPlay has held a remote casino licence since 2014 and the register entry is current, but you should always know whose licence you are actually depositing under. The register link is at the top of this review; open it and check the status yourself before you send anyone money.

02 — Getting money in, and getting it back out

Deposits behave the way you would expect from a mature operator: debit card and the usual e-wallets, instant crediting, a low minimum, and no surprise fee layered on top. Withdrawals are the part worth reading twice. The first one triggers identity and address verification, and the cashier will not release funds until that is complete. Casino Palace handles this better than most by telling you what it wants before you ask rather than after you have requested a payout, which removes the single most common source of frustration. Our advice is unchanged from every other review we write: upload your documents on day one, not on the day you want your balance.

03 — The lobby

The library is broad without being sprawling, and the filtering is genuinely useful — you can narrow by studio, by volatility band and by table limit without fighting the interface. Slots cover the expected supplier names alongside a deeper back catalogue than we anticipated. The live floor is where Casino Palace separates itself: roulette and blackjack tables run across a wide spread of stakes, the streams held up on a mid-range connection during our checks, and low-limit tables were actually available at peak evening hours rather than permanently full.

04 — Bonus terms

The welcome offer is mid-market rather than headline-grabbing, and we prefer it that way. The wagering multiple is printed in the offer headline instead of buried in a linked document, contribution rates by category are set out in a table, and the maximum stake permitted while a bonus is active is stated in a place you will actually see it. Read the expiry window before you opt in — it is shorter than the industry average, and an unfinished wagering requirement at expiry means the bonus balance goes, along with anything won from it.

05 — Mobile

There is no app to install and none is needed. The mobile build is the same product reflowed properly: the cashier is reachable in two taps from any screen, the live tables scale without cropping the dealer out of frame, and the responsible-gambling controls are not hidden behind a desktop-only settings screen, which is a failure we see often enough to call out when a brand avoids it.

06 — Support

Live chat plus email, with extended daily hours rather than around the clock. Weekday responses in our checks were prompt and, more importantly, came from someone reading the question rather than pasting a stock paragraph. Friday and Saturday evenings are the weak spot: queues stretch and the first reply slows. Email answers arrived comfortably inside a working day. A published telephone number would round this out and is the main thing keeping the score below nine.

07 — Responsible gambling tooling

Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion are all present and all reachable from the account menu without contacting support first. Limit decreases apply immediately while increases carry a cooling-off delay, which is the correct way round. As a British-licensed brand it is inside the GamStop scheme, so a GamStop registration blocks access here automatically.
