Casino Palace
8.7/10The polished one
Live dealer regulars and anyone who would rather have clear terms than a loud offer.

Casimpo does what its name suggests and strips the experience back. Registration is short, the lobby loads without a carousel of interruptions, and the cashier is the least cluttered of the two brands we cover. The trade-off is depth: the live floor is smaller than Casino Palace and the loyalty structure is basic. If your priority is getting from landing page to a spin without wading through promotional furniture, this is the better of the pair. If you want a broad live catalogue, it is not.

Licence paperwork
39335039335-R-319313-020Licences held
Casimpo is not the licence holder. The name on the front door is a white label; the company answerable to the regulator for your funds, your complaint and your data is ProgressPlay Limited. That is normal and entirely lawful, but you should know it before you deposit rather than after.
We print the account and licence numbers so you never have to take our word for it. Open the register link, confirm the entry is active, and check the domain is listed. A lapsed licence is the single biggest red flag in this sector and it costs you nothing to rule out.

Where it falls short
The full review
As with its stablemate, Casimpo is a white label. The public register lists the domain under ProgressPlay Limited, account 39335, on licence 039335-R-319313-020. The two brands therefore share a regulator-facing entity, a compliance function and a complaints route, which is why you will see the same licence number on both reviews. Practically, that means a dispute you cannot resolve with Casimpo escalates to ProgressPlay and then to the operator's alternative dispute resolution provider, not to two separate companies. Check the register entry yourself using the link at the top of this review; a licence that has lapsed is the single biggest red flag there is, and it takes fifteen seconds to rule out.
The cashier is the strongest thing about Casimpo. Deposits credit instantly from debit card and the common e-wallets, the minimum is low, and nothing is buried. On the way out, verification still applies — it is a legal requirement, not a brand choice — but once you have cleared it, subsequent requests moved into processing without an additional manual review during our checks, which is the behaviour you want and not the behaviour you always get. Withdraw to the same method you deposited with wherever possible; mixing methods is the most common self-inflicted delay we see.
Deliberately lean. The slot library covers the mainstream studios and a reasonable spread of volatility, the search is fast, and the front screen is not fighting for your attention with five simultaneous banners. What you give up is range. The live floor is functional rather than generous, with the core roulette and blackjack tables present but little beyond them, and the table-limit spread is narrower at the top end. For a casual session this is fine; for a dedicated live session, Casino Palace is the better address.
Simpler than average, which we score well. The wagering requirement is presented as one clear multiple with no stacked conditions attached, contribution rates are listed plainly, and the maximum permitted stake during wagering is stated before you opt in rather than after. There is no elaborate tier ladder to climb. The flip side is that regular visitors get comparatively little back — the ongoing promotional programme is the thinnest element of the brand and the loyalty structure barely registers.
The best mobile showing across both brands. It loads quickly on a mid-range handset, the layout does not shift while assets settle, and the reduced visual weight of the lobby pays off on a small screen more than it does on desktop. Deposit limits and self-exclusion live in the same account menu you would reach on desktop, with no feature removed on mobile.
The weakest column on the scorecard. Email is answered reliably and the answers are competent, but live chat is available across a narrower window than at Casino Palace and there is no published telephone line. Outside core hours you are effectively on email, and a payment question at eleven at night will wait until morning. Nothing here is broken; it is simply thinner cover than the rival brand offers.
The full British-licensed toolkit is present: deposit and loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off, and permanent self-exclusion, all self-service from the account area. Reductions take effect immediately, increases are delayed. Casimpo is inside GamStop, so a single GamStop registration blocks this brand along with every other operator licensed to serve British customers.
